I couldn't be more pleased with the doctor, nurse, and receptionists. The doctor and nurse were both patient and playful with my child, and it made the whole experience so painless. Dr. Burgess was non-judgmental and encouraging, and it was extremely refreshing. I wish I remembered the nurse's name- she was so professional and kind. It was the best doctor's appointment I've ever experienced with my daughter, and I am so thankful I went with this office as her new primary care place! Thank you to the whole team!!

The provider was over 45 minutes late.

Dr. Burgess explained things carefully and treated me with respect. Everything about my visit, even the part I had been dreading beforehand, went extremely smoothly. She really could not have done a better job. When I had labwork drawn, I did continue to feel some pain even after the initial stick, until the needle was removed. It was not horribly uncomfortable, but I am only mentioning it because most of the times I have had labs drawn I have only felt pain during the stick itself. Other than that, I was satisfied with my interaction with the lady who drew blood--she was courtious and professional.

This was a new patient visit. Dr. Burgess did everything she should have and asked and answered the right questions and gave me answers.

As always Dr Burgess really listened to me and worked on a solution to my issue

She has insight and understanding of your medical issues, and demonstrates very high ability in coming up with the diagnosis. I am very grateful and thankful she is my primary care physician.

Dr. Burgess always appears as though she has time for me. She treats me and my health like a priority. We talk it through and I feel like we are working together. I am grateful that she is my doctor. She is a sharp contrast to the office and MA staff. No eye contact or smiles. Both team members talked at me not with me. A different approach from the support staff could take this office to the next level. As is, I only come back because I appreciate Dr. Burgess so much.

My experience was very good. Getting into My Chart very frustrating. Seems like they are always rejecting a password and making me make up a new one. I know I need to call them. I still don't have the "New Test Result" for the blood work done one 12/7. I guess I should call Pediatrics and Internal Medicine to ask for a hard copy of the "Result".
