It would be very helpful for us senior citizens if you were to bring back the parking, valet parking. It's almost imperative. I stood there today and watched senior citizens go up there. It's awful. You need to do something about that.

Everything related to my care was excellent. Dr. Johnson and her staff are always courteous and thorough. My only complaint is about the patient bathroom. I had to provide a urine sample and the first time I went in, the bathroom was not particularly clean, but acceptable. When I had to go in the bathroom a second time, it was clear someone else had been there since my first visit. The toilet seat was left up and the under part of the toilet was filthy. It was evident the bathroom hadn't been checked since another patient used it between my visits. I used a wet wipe to clean the toilet before I sat down because it was quite gross.

I like Dr. Laura Johnson very much. She is kind and appears to be very interested in me as her patient. I also like the nurses who assist her. I have no complaints.

Dr Johnson gave me a last minute appointment so I could get better from a sinus infection. I'm grateful to her for going the extra mile for my care.

Dr. Johnson is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to me and really sees me as a person and not just a patient. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. She treats me by looking at all aspects of my health, mental, physical, and emotional. She is really great about providing recommendations and encouragement. When I have children, I plan on having her as their pediatrician.

So I'm very appreciative, and I know I will stick with her for a very, very long time. And I'm very appreciative of the office. Everybody's so kind and courteous, and I know if I do need to get in because I'm sick or one of my kids are sick, I know that I'm able to get in. So I love the office, love the doctor, really love my doctor, and very appreciative of her.

I love the care Dr Johnson gives me. Her nurses always call me back and set up appointments if I need them. They get my medication refills sent to my pharmacy as needed.

Dr. Johnson and her nursing staff make coming to the doctor's office an incredibly positive experience. Dr. Johnson asks for my input and talks me through each step of my physical so that we're on the same page and I understand any next steps for my care. I truly appreciate her attentiveness to me during my appointments and the genuine care she displays. It makes a huge difference in my overall health because without her, I would not be as comfortable or willing to come to the doctor as readily as I do. I'm thankful for Heritage Peds and IM!
