I'm very satisfied with the PRISMA service. They always give me 100% that I feel like family. I have no complaints whatsoever. And I've been using PRISMA for a long time and I have no complaints or anything. Everything is just fine. When I go to the emergency, I don't want to go home. I want to stay there because the treatment that they give me is real good. I'm satisfied. Thank you.

I really like the providers and the services and care that they provide for me. What I would like to see done differently is if the MyChart messages could be answered in a more timely manner. Although my questions are answered, it usually takes more than 48 to 72 business hours to receive a response. Overall, I do enjoy and appreciate the care I receive, but that is what I would like to see done differently.

Again.... All aspects of visit went well.

I'm thankful I was treated seriously for my issue!

I am a new patient, so I imagine my PA will review my medical records that I had sent. My original appointment as a new patient was 90 days out, which seems a bit excessive. I was very fortunate to be able to move it up due to a cancelation. Kimberly was very professional. I did have to wait over an hour before I was seen.

Staff was really nice, no problems at all. Everyone was friendly, all of our questions answered, and we loved our new doctor.

I wish that there was a way to give personal information behind a wall instead of repeating it in the lobby in front of strangers. But that's at most places. Just a thought. Thanks!!

In the recent appointment, I was feeling distraught with my symptoms. And once I got to my appointment and meeting the nurse practitioner, I was actually relieved, and she answered every single one of my questions, expressed concern, and was certain that I was comfortable before she moved forward with the procedure. I'm grateful that I am now at Prisma Health in Duncan. And thank you so much.

Unable to retrieve info on my chart. The trouble shooting number they gave me was busy ALL DAY. Would like to know results of my blood work. There is no way to contact your office.

Excellent care

PA Kimberly seemed very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Kimberly is very likeable and considerate. She also answered all my questions, even those questions I wrote to her via MyChart - she had a nurse phone me with a reply. I would see her again.

Overall positive experience. We felt very comfortable at this first visit and I am pleased that this is where my daughter was able to get an appointment. The PA Kimberly was very kind and knowledgeable.

So thankful we found this provider and made her our pcp

My doctor was very helpful

We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment, like we were asked to do, and then we were not taken back until 5 minutes after our appointment was supposed to begin. And we were the first appointment of the morning. So we arrived 15 minutes before the office technically opened. And the lady who happened to be helping us at the front desk. Was not very friendly, when we arrived. Or when we departed and checked out.
