Truly, there are Kings and Queens tending to us every day, with exceptional service to all at this super busy and great town in the Heart of Galena, IL. There's also a precious Associate named *Ray* and she truly is always a Ray of Sunshine. You don't get to see much of her though, so when you do, enjoy her ray's of sunshine!!) MGRS John, Amber, ROB, I hope there's space... Brock, Ethan, Nathan, John, Cindy, Sam, Cali, Mikey, Melissa, Mark, Cooper, I love them all!!! There are some I did not mention because my mind isn't as sharp as it used to be. But I am always truly so happy leaving here. Never disappointed. Love, love, love the atmosphere of this place. Laid back but still quick in and out. Always a great experience when Hope is at the checkout. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The add on sales they do are a nice touch when I have to restock. 13/10 will be back again!!!

I've never had a bad experience with any employee, any product, or any interaction with this location. I cannot commend the workers enough for how cheerful and kind they all are, how charismatic and clear on rules they all are. I've never left confused, I've never left dissatisfied, and it really is thanks to the employees themselves that have made such easy interactions.

I absolutely love this place. The customer service is always amazing. They’re so helpful and make sure you know what you’re getting!! The fastest service always, I never have to wait long. Catherine O. is the sweetest employee there!! I always come back just to see her!!!

First visit to a dispensary and I picked the perfect store. First greeter shared his vast knowledge and helped me choose. Catherine in the check out area was very efficient, answered all questions, has a beautiful personality and made sure I was signed up for discounts. Very professional staff and facility!

Catherine was very nice! I forget the lady's name in the order room but she was very friendly as well. I'm an Okie passing through and it must be the water up here cause this is some quality buds! I liked the Bananas and Garlic 🔥

I love the bubbly personality of all the staff and they're always very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. My only complaint (and this doesn't even have anything to do with the staff) is the limited amount that you can get for out of state. I believe there is also a limit in the state as well but the limit is higher. I just want to do away with limits altogether! If I want to spend an entire paycheck on something that makes me feel good, why can't I? And the tax, and cost. Otherwise I am very satisfied with Verilife altogether! Thank you to John today who helped me readjust my order after I went over the limit and offered other products to get the most out of my time and money! Much appreciated! 🙂
